- Financial Office of the City
- Prepare Budget
- Prepare annual financial report
- Bank Reconciliation’s
- Receipt monies for all funds of the City
- Preparation and payment of claims
- Prepare and distribute payroll
- Taxes, W-2’s
- Maintain fixed assets
- Invest City and Bluffton Utility money
- Signing checks for City and Bluffton Utilities
- Prepare invoices
- Human Resource Office
- Take applications when there are job openings
- Maintain Employee Service Records
- Prepare salary Ordinances
- Manage Employee Benefits
- Audited yearly by the State Board of Accounts
- Manage Sidewalk Program
