Boiling Water Bath Canning

Purdue Extension Wells County is offering a research-based food preservation program on boiling water bath canning. Learn how to safely preserve your garden harvest in a boiling water bath canner. You will learn about the necessary equipment and supplies, and receive publications and recipes that are safe for home food preservation. Classes are free. Please call 260-824-6412 to register.
