An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Monday, repeating until November 4, 2019
The Bluffton Parks Department is offering a 5-week program designed for adults who are interested in continued learning. Senior Exploration will be Mondays starting Oct 7th through Nov 4th. There is a one-time fee of $15.00 due with registration by September 30th (Senior Circle Members pay only $10 thanks to Bluffton Regional Senior Circle Group) . Location: Boys and Girls Club, 1410 Wayne St. Bluffton. This is a fun affordable event for seniors, we usually average 50-60 adults at this program and it is a great way to learn new things while making new friends!!

Wells County History – How much do you know about our county’s past? Become a history buff, and learn about the area you live in.
Exploring Art Around The World From Home – Learn about art from Vienna, Paris, Slovakia, and the U.S. through Google Arts & Culture with a guide who has visited each location.
10:00 am classes: Select one class per hour to attend all five weeks
Simple Crafts – Explore your creative side with simple crafts. All supplies are provided.
Variety Class – Each week will cover a different subject. Topics will include Electric Pressure Cooking; The Buzz about Coffee; Health Benefits of Being Outside; Advance Care Planning and Improve Your Health Literacy.
11:00am classes: Select one class per hour to attend all five weeks
Birds, Bugs & Blooms – Each week participants will learn the habits and antics of the birds in our backyards explore the many different insects in our area and discuss a variety of flowers.
Crochet – For beginners and advanced students. Bring a size “H” hook with you. Yarn & instructions provided.
Movie Club – Will feature the 1952 romantic/comedy/drama “The Quiet Man” starring John Wayne, Maureen O’Hara, and Barry Fitzgerald. A retired American boxer returns to the Irish village of his birth looking for a quiet drama-free life, but what he finds is love in the form of a fiery redhead.
