The Rivergreenway begins at Wabash River Park just a block north of City Hall.
It winds along the beginnings of the Wabash River for two and a half miles, connecting to another two and a half miles of trails within the Ouabache State Park.
Join the Nature Lovers Lunch and Learn series at Ouabache State Park sponsored by the Friends of Ouabache. Anyone is welcome to join. Participants are to bring in their own lunch and drink. Desserts will be provided. It takes place at the Lodge Recreation Building. People will get to enjoy a nature program and fellowship while eating. The program will be offered beginning Thursday, March 16th and thereafter every second Thursday of the month April through October. Each month is a different topic. The program is free with paid park admission. A freewill donation to Friends group at program is accepted. Our department is diligently seeking sponsors and donations for the 2023 series to bring talent from across the country. If your business, club, or organization would like to participate in this fantastic event, please get in touch with us at parks@blufftonindiana.gov. Concert Donors who contribute a gift of any size will be listed on the flyer shared on the City’s Website and social media pages. All donors who reply by March 15th will be listed on the printed flyer distributed throughout town. Donations of $1,000 or more will be recognized as a Concert Sponsor at one of the performances. Additionally, Concert Sponsors will be announced during the show, have printed yard signs in the park, listed on the digital sign at the Common’s Parking lot, and shared on the City’s website & social media pages.

Wells Co Historical Museum, 420 W Market St, Bluffton, IN 46714, USA The Wells County Historical Society and Museum will host their second program for the year on Sunday June 11th at 2p.m. Neil Ainslie will speak about "The History and Life of the Wabash River" in the Annex building located behind the Museum. Ainslies hour long program will cover some of the floods, the changes in the river and the aquatic life in the river. The event is free and open to the public.
