Application for Employment
To apply for employment with the City of Bluffton, interested persons may either :
- Complete an Online Employment Application Form , or
- Print and complete the Employment Application (PDF). Paper applications may be returned to the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer, located at 128 East Market Street, Bluffton, Indiana, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

- Accepting Applications now thru April 3, 2026, with testing dates on April 11 & 12.
- *Note: Attendance for testing is required to be considered for the position.
- 911 Emergency Dispatchers (PDF)
- Please review the Testing information. The 911 Director will email a testing date to you once an application is received. Testing is mandatory to be considered for the position.
