Residential Unlimited BAGGED trash is scheduled for October 3, 4 & 5. It is important to have it out by 5:30am on your normal garbage day because Republic Services will have additional trucks running the routes. This service is for additional bagged trash only.
The City Sponsors two clean-ups a year. One in the spring and another in the fall.
On October 8, city residents may use the dumpsters placed at the Wastewater Treatment Facility, 702 N. Main St., to dispose of extra trash and bulk items.
We recommend all yard waste be taken out to the compost site on State Road 124 East.
Items not accepted are: hazardous waste materials, tires, electronics, printers, computers, televisions, recyclables & large pieces of furniture
Carpet will be accepted if they are cut into 4 foot pieces and bundled up.
OmniSource now has collection containers located at the Bluffton Recycling Center for E-Waste. There is a $20 charge for TV’s and Computer Monitors. You can purchase these at the Wells County Auditor’s office in the Court House.

Unauthorized or improper disposal of items will result in a citation. Driver’s license may be required.
On this clean up day the Bluffton Street Department will be loading mulch for residents at the compost site from 8am – 1pm. The location is located on State Road 124 East, across from the License Branch.
